Amy is a certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, specializing in Energetic and Therapeutic healing. She also holds certifications in breathwork techniques, meditation , Makko Ho, and yoga. She holds a BS degree in Social Sciences and is a 200 hour CYT. Member of the CTAA - Complementary Therapists Accredited Association.

Our organs, glands, & tissues are energized through channels that move life force/Pana.
This energy flows from the base of the spine to the crown of the head where Yin/feminine and Yang/masculine intertwine to create a helix helping to maintain balance in the central nervous system.
